Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective Residents.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses layout, facilities, and terms of lease.
• Completes lease forms, collects rental deposits, and processes applications.
• Maintains resident relations through prompt maintenance responses and communications.
• Substitutes for Assistant Manager when needed and assists with advertising and reporting.
