Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead operations, oversee finances, leasing, and resident satisfaction across a multifamily community. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and partner with maintenance to ensure quality and occupancy goals.

The role emphasizes a people-first, service-driven approach within a high-performing team and active resident engagement in a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property management experience; including Leasing Consultant and Assistant Community Manager.
• Six months of community manager experience in multi-family (highly preferred).
• Industry software experience: YARDI, Knock, and Microsoft (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking.
• Maintain records using Yardi and Knock.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal standards.
• Conduct inspections to maintain curb appeal and quality.
• Drive leasing, renewals, and pricing to meet occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders and preventive care.
• Oversee vendor services ensuring quality, safety and timeliness.
