Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who supports the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. This role involves preparing advertising materials, showing units, screening applicants, and maintaining rental records.

The assistant will help process applications, update reports, and assist with renewals while upholding company policies and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels of comparable units in the surrounding area.
• Present creative leasing and marketing ideas.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and representatives of other companies.
• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
