Job summary

The intern will participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training, greet prospective clients, handle leasing calls, and assist with event planning while working evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Handle front desk administrative tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet clients, answer leasing calls, determine needs, present community and homes, and close the sale.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork; pass third-party leasing shops.
