Interns must be enrolled in a degree program, maintain a GPA of at least 2.5, and be available roughly 20 hours per week including some evenings and weekends. Training includes CWoL and Cardinal Way of Leasing certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA (annual verification).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service to residents.
• Assist with front desk administrative tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospects, answer calls, present community and lease options, and close the sale.
