Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a dedicated Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations for our community. You will conduct tours, process applications, coordinate with maintenance and management, and contribute to high occupancy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. On-site work with a focus on exceptional service and strong local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet prospects and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close the sale; prepare move-ins.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve resident service requests.
