RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Candidates should have strong communication, sales and customer service skills, and be able to work weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales and customer service.
• Ability to greet, qualify, tour and close deals with prospective residents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, and verify screening details.
• Prepare lease documents and coordinate move-ins.
