Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive leasing and resident engagement at a community in Texas. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You’ll stay informed on market conditions, follow up promptly with leads, and support renewal programs while coordinating events and marketing efforts to sustain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in sales/marketing/customer service to handle inquiries and transactions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and sell apartment features.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction and close renewals.
• Coordinate marketing and events to drive traffic and occupancy; maintain accurate data in systems.
