Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals in Riverview, FL. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins, with a focus on outstanding service and lease renewals.

Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite), strong communication and presentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by greeting prospects, conducting tours, screening applicants, and preparing leases.
• Coordinate marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, and manage move-in documentation.
• Support lease renewals and maintain high resident satisfaction.
