Job summary

GREYSTAR is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and support move-ins while tracking data in on-site software.

The role emphasizes occupancy goals and resident satisfaction across multiple properties. Requirements include valid driver's license, adherence to state licensing, and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must meet state/local licensing/certification requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Schedule move-ins, ensure units are in move-in condition, and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and follow approved programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities utilizing online platforms and referrals to drive traffic.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activities, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals, sending emails or making calls as needed.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and packages and coordinating with renewing residents.
