Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our multifamily community in Richardson, TX. You will drive occupancy, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate marketing initiatives to attract residents.

You will support the Property Manager in daily operations to ensure a positive living experience and strong financial performance. You will qualify leads, run background and credit checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure units are move-in ready.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software required.
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interactions.
• Weekend availability may be required by the property.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, showcase apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process applications, and run background/credit checks.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages for new residents.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate referrals, employer outreach, and local networking.
• Stay informed on market conditions, rental rates, and trends.
• Support retention with strong customer service and timely responses.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in lease renewals and prepare renewal documents.
• Maintain records of interactions using property management software.
• Keep guest cards updated and follow up on all leads.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency management as needed.
