Job summary

MAA seeks a Leasing and Resident Experience Specialist to support a single multifamily community under the supervision of the Property Manager. You’ll conduct property tours, assist with applications, move-ins/outs, and deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of sales/leasing and customer service experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and connect wants and needs to available homes and community features.
• Serve as on-site contact for residents, applicants, walk-ins, and vendors.
• Utilize CRM and leasing systems to ensure timely follow-up and accurate information.
• Support move-in/move-out processes and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with management, maintenance, and centralized teams to meet service standards.
