Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to support leasing activities for our community. You will greet visitors, conduct tours, process applications, and guide residents from introduction through move-in, ensuring a smooth leasing experience.

You will maintain knowledge of the property and market, respond to resident requests, and complete required trainings to uphold Morgan Group standards. This full-time role is onsite and offers extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with email, internet and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational and verbal skills; ability to interact professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing process from introduction to occupancy.
• Tour and lease apartments; sell community products and services.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve problems.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and market.
• Complete required trainings and maintain good customer relations.
