You will help achieve occupancy goals, conduct tours, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies—while maintaining office spaces and collaborating with marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct tours and present community features and amenities.
• Review applications including income, credit, and background screening.
• Prepare and maintain lease files and required documentation.
• Verify apartment readiness prior to move-in.
• Support lease renewals and retention efforts.
• Track leads and follow-ups in property management systems.
• Respond to calls, emails, and resident communication professionally and timely.
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and amenity presentation.
• Stay informed about market competitors, pricing, and concessions.
