Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Jersey City to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies aimed at achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins.

You will design and execute marketing plans, drive traffic to the community, and leverage OneSite/Yardi to track data, while following company policies for concessions and programs.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and present rental options.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Schedule tours, process applications, perform screenings, and finalize leases.
• Assist in move-in coordination and ensure units are ready for showing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Utilize property management software to track availability and data.
• Support on-site team with maintenance coordination and show-unit presentation.
