Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, is seeking a Marketing & Leasing Manager for our New Jersey community. You will direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to drive revenue, occupancy and resident retention.

You will develop short- and long-term marketing plans, manage pricing concessions, create print and online ads, and use our property management software to generate reports. You will also supervise the leasing team and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, advertising, and leasing activities.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans; set pricing and concessions to boost traffic and leases.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies; use property management software to generate reports.
• Oversee leasing process: traffic, leasing, qualification, leases, move-ins.
• Supervise leasing team: hire, train, and manage performance.
