Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, manage tours, submit applications, and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends on-site. A New Jersey real estate license is preferred, with driving permitted on property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; sell and explain features.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Record prospect information and manage data in the CRM system.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design events and marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewals and ensure timely signing and processing.
