Job summary

Asset Living in Tallahassee is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a busy property. You will greet and qualify prospects, tour the community, and sign leases, with daily on-site presence.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. You’ll support marketing plans, maintain data accuracy, and help keep the community welcoming and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing and resident relations at a property.
• Show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Process leasing paperwork and maintain prospect data.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain timely prospect responses and data accuracy.
• Support marketing plan execution and market surveys.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
