Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. in Davis, CA is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing, marketing, and resident experience. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and help meet occupancy goals with strong communication and time-management skills.

Role involves assisting with social media promotion, campus marketing events, and campaigns in Entrata/TextUs. Evening and weekend availability is required to support the community and Turn periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major is preferred.
• Strong organization, reliability, and self-discipline are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including resident lockouts.
• Available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate all information clearly to residents and guarantors.
• Generate leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up on leads.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
• Assist in resolving resident concerns by escalating to the appropriate manager.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists, route inspections, and housekeeping as needed.
• Enter maintenance requests, log activities, and log packages; notify residents as needed.
• Enforce policies per Housing Contract and comply with Fair Housing laws.
