Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and resident experience duties including tours and lead follow up.
• Assist with social media marketing and on-/off-campus events.
• Handle email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent the community and Landmark Properties professionally.
• Support in resolving resident concerns and escalations as needed.
• Perform daily opening/closing checks and log maintenance requests.
