Avanath is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within the community. The role requires professionalism, engagement with residents and the workforce, and a focus on delivering an unforgettable living experience.

Key duties include greeting prospects, guiding applications, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining accurate resident files while supporting management and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is highly desired.
• Proficient in standard office software.
• Knowledge of property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects and record visits.
• Close sales, process applications, and secure deposits per procedures.
• Inspect models, communicate service needs, and coordinate with management.
• Orient new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain renewals and commission records for bonus purposes.
