You will handle leasing activities, maintain data accuracy in Entrata, and support the community team with events, renewals, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Leasing & Marketing: Prepare/monitor leasing reports to inform pricing and rent growth.
• Leasing & Marketing: Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and accurate data entry in Entrata.
• Leasing & Marketing: Generate traffic, conduct tours, and close leases.
• General Administration: Maintain confidentiality and participate in staff meetings.
• General Administration: Communicate lease terms and move-in/out activities clearly.
• Financial Management: Maximize revenue and occupancy within budget.
• Customer Service: Exceed resident and client expectations and manage communications.
• Facilities: Assist in turn plans and property inspections.
• Risk Control: Enforce safety policies and document incidents.
• Work Environment: Note travel requirements and maintain a safe, professional workspace.
