Landmark Properties is seeking an Associate Community Manager to market the community and meet leasing targets in Orlando. The role prioritizes residents’ needs, delivers professional service, and supports leasing staff with compliance and data accuracy.

You will handle marketing plans, leasing reports, tours, and customer follow-up while collaborating with the Community Manager and corporate team to ensure high occupancy and positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• Marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Quality follow-up and data entry in Entrata.
• Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
• Ability to generate and track traffic for prospective residents.
• Close sales activities including tours and lead generation.

Responsabilités

• Marketing & leasing to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare leasing reports and pricing recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Maintain accurate data in Entrata and follow up.
• Oversee resident communications and renewals.
• Coordinate events and campus marketing initiatives.
• Assist in move-in and move-out activities.
• Support in safety and risk management tasks.
