Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking an Associate Community Manager to market the community and achieve leasing targets. You will put residents' needs first and maintain professionalism in all interactions with prospects and residents.

You will lead leasing activities, coordinate marketing plans, monitor reports, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, and support renewal efforts while partnering with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing in property management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Market the community and achieve occupancy targets.
• Prepare leasing and marketing reports and analyze data for pricing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Enter data accurately in Entrata and maintain resident communications.
• Coordinate events and tours to drive traffic and conversions.
• Assist in renewal initiatives and resident retention programs.
