Job summary

Cardinal Group in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high quality service and support to residents, with a focus on occupancy through leasing and retention.

You will perform front desk tasks, participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing, greet prospects, process applications, and maintain lease records; evenings and weekends required, about 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 credit hours.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Perform Administrative Front Desk tasks and lease-file management.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospects, present the community and apartments, and process leases.
