Job summary

Yugo USA LLC in Auburn, AL is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for the West & Wright apartment community. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Property Manager and handles leasing, marketing, and resident relations, including tours and move-in procedures.

You will process applications and deposits, renewals, rental payments, and lead follow-up; support outreach marketing; keep reports current; ensure policy compliance and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive with problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online systems/databases.
• Diversity awareness and inclusive mindset.
• Open communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Available to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and showcase features.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries, maintain guest cards, follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval and orient new residents.
• Assist with renewals, payments, and marketing support.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and meetings.
• Update reports and monitor market conditions.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
• Ensure policy compliance and a positive team environment.
• Keep offices and model apartments clean and open on schedule.
