Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador in Corvallis to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations within our apartment community. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and requires engaging with prospects, processing applications, and supporting leasing activities.

You will greet clients, conduct tours, prepare lease documents, and assist with move-ins and renewals. The position offers growth, competitive pay, and benefits, with evening and weekend shifts

Formación

• Administrative experience in an office setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• MS Office and online systems proficiency.
• Availability to work 20–25 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle phone calls and in-person inquiries; maintain guest cards and follow-up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval; ensure apartments are ready for move-in and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, collect rent, and support marketing and sales efforts.
• Support marketing and leasing initiatives and maintain up-to-date market information.
• Update reports and monitor market conditions to provide insights for improvements.
• Manage service requests, plan resident functions, and maintain commission records.
• Participate in outreach marketing and enforce policies to maintain a positive community image.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Keep office and model apartments clean and open on schedule; communicate policy changes.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
