SAIL, a Twin Cities multifamily property management and marketing firm, seeks an ambitious Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue through a disciplined sales process. You will own your pipeline from inquiry to signed lease, logging every touch in CRM and maintaining fast, accurate follow-up across channels.

You’ll report to the Business Manager and compete openly with a team committed to legendary service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-sufficient closer who can manage a disciplined sales process.
• Relentlessly follow up with leads, including quiet ones, to prevent losses.
• Build rapport quickly, but leverage pipeline discipline to close consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Pipeline and Close Business: convert qualified leads to leases.
• Work the Follow-Up: fast responses and structured cadence until move‑in.
• Deliver a Memorable Prospect Experience across all channels.
• Manage Speed and Accuracy in Systems: keep listings and pricing current in CRM/Yardi.
• Apply Fair Housing Consistently and maintain compliant screening.
