Job summary

Yale Fraser Properties is seeking a Sales/Leasing Specialist in Tampa to fill vacancies across a diverse portfolio. This full-time, in-person role offers a guaranteed base salary of 45k plus commissions and bonuses on rentals, with expected total compensation around 65k+ per year.

• 2+ years of leasing or sales experience in CRE or residential.
• Excellent phone and email communication with strong negotiation skills.
• Organized and tech-savvy; comfortable using CRMs, scheduling tools and digital ads.
• Self-starter who can work remotely but delivers measurable results.
• Bonus: experience with mobile home/RV parks or self-storage facilities.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Sales/Leasing Specialist to help fill vacancies across our portfolio. This is a full time, in-person role based in Tampa with some flexible at-home days. This is a high volume sales role with hundreds of inbound leads to manage!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from online ads (Facebook Marketplace, Google, LoopNet, Crexi, phone, etc.)
• Qualify prospects, schedule and conduct property tours (mostly virtual tours)
• Send leases and close new tenants
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deals in Monday.com
• Partner with operations & marketing teams to keep listings up to date and improve lead generation
• Monitor market rents and recommend pricing adjustments

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience (commercial or residential)
• Strong closer: excellent phone & email communication, confident in negotiations
• Organized & tech-savvy — comfortable using CRMs, scheduling tools, and digital ads
• Self-starter who can work remotely but thrives on measurable results
