Richman Property Services (RPS), Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate for our Brandon, FL community. The role involves handling inquiries, presenting properties, and supporting marketing efforts while delivering exceptional resident service.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in leasing or related fields, familiarity with Yardi, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, marketing or advertising experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience with affordable/LIHTC or mixed-income properties is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software preferred.
• Strong communication and resident service skills; bilingual advantage.

Location: Lake Kathy, our 360-unit affordable residential community in Brandon, FL 33510

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of leasing, marketing, or advertising experience within a multi-family residential community, affordable/LIHTC or mixed-income preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent resident service skills
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, affordable/LIHTC or mixed-income
• Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
• Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable follow-up technique

• Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
• Valid Driver's License required
• Bilingual, English/Spanish may be preferred at some properties

• Competitive base hourly pay, monthly lease/renewal certification bonus, and yearly performance review process
• Daytime schedules, 40 hours per week; Saturdays may be required or on rotation
