• Manage all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and energy.
• Provide knowledge about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to drive occupancy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Demonstrate strong sales skills with closing ability and deliver personalized experiences.

Position: Leasing Associate

Location: Serving Belleair Place and Bayside Court, our resident communities in Clearwater, FL

What We're Looking For:

• Experience leasing and marketing affordable communities
• A proven track record of achieving high resident satisfaction results
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required!
