Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive Leasing Associate to join our Lake Kathy community in Brandon, FL. You will manage leasing inquiries, conduct tours, and close leases while delivering exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in leasing, familiarity with Yardi, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, marketing, or advertising experience in multi-family communities
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software preferred
• Excellent resident service and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries (phone, walk-ins)
• Explain available properties and close leases to meet performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of leasing, marketing, or advertising experience within a multi-family residential community, affordable/LIHTC or mixed-income preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent resident service skills
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect

• Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
• Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills

• Valid Driver's License required
