Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Floating Leasing Associate in Austin, TX.

The role supports multiple Richman properties, including luxury Prescott and new Lease-Up communities Carson Crossing and Cedar Heights, with a focus on leasing inquiries, marketing, and client relationships. The position offers daytime hours (9:00-6:00) and mileage reimbursement for travel outside the home base, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities as the company expands

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Leasing or APM or multi-site Floating experience in multi-family residential communities
• Affordable Leasing experience is required for this position or LIHTC
• Prior Lease-Up experience strongly preferred
• Valid/active Driver's License, ability to travel within assigned portfolio/region in Austin, TX
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Candidates preferred, not required
• Familiarity/experience with Yardi property management software products

Join Our growing Team as at Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS) as a full-time Floating Leasing Associate in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new"Texas Stay Program", which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. Program will be discussed by Recruiter.

Position:

Floating Leasing Associate - The Floating Leasing Associate will support existing Richman properties as well as new construction (Lease-Up's) in the Austin metropolitan area. The Prescott (Luxury), and 2 brand new affordable Lease-Up Properties, Carson Crossing and Cedar Heights.

Requirements:

• Education:
