Richman Property Services (RPS), Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate for our Brandon, FL community. The role involves handling inquiries, presenting properties, and supporting marketing efforts while delivering exceptional resident service.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in leasing or related fields, familiarity with Yardi, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leasing, marketing or advertising experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience with affordable/LIHTC or mixed-income properties is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software preferred.
• Strong communication and resident service skills; bilingual advantage.

• Handle leasing inquiries via phone and walk-ins.
• Present properties and qualities to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute marketing materials.
