Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, bilingual Leasing Associate to join Autumn Woods. You’ll manage inquiries, conduct tours, and convert prospects into residents while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced team setting.

Requirements include 1–3 years of leasing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Join Our Team as a Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc.!

Are you outgoing, community-driven, and ready to turn apartment tours into happy new residents? Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, bilingual Leasing Associate to join our dynamic team at Autumn Woods.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, plus alternating weekends (Saturday 10am to 4pm)

• Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
