Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Floating Assistant Property Manager to support apartment communities in the Tampa area. This role requires a proactive mindset and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting the Property Manager, managing work orders in Yardi, coordinating lease renewals, and supporting leasing activities. Requires 2+ years in the apartment industry, Yardi experience, and an Associate's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in assistant or leasing roles within the apartment industry; Yardi experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

This position will support RPS apartment communities located in the Tampa area.

Key Qualifications

• Primarily looking for candidates with 2+ years' experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable, Yardi experience, and Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
