Job summary

Yugo is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent for 12b Lofts in Manhattan, KS. You’ll handle leasing, move-ins, renewals, and marketing with a focus on resident satisfaction and compliance.

You’ll report to the General Manager, coordinate tours, process applications, and support outreach to boost occupancy while maintaining positive relationships with residents and teams. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred; in lieu of degree, equivalent residential property experience.
• Experience at a property or university housing context is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage or Entrata.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Customer service mindset with responsiveness to resident needs.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to pursue training.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours highlighting property features and benefits.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease documents per policies.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and renewals to ensure smooth occupancy.
• Maintain leasing records and commission tracking documentation.
• Support renewal campaigns and community outreach to drive occupancy.
• Assist marketing efforts and market monitoring to inform pricing strategies.
