Yugo: The Grove at Mankato is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage leasing, move‑ins, renewals, and marketing for a student housing community. You will handle inquiries, process applications, coordinate move‑ins, and maintain accurate leasing records, while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and customer service skills, experience with property management software like RealPage or Entrata, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in property/rental operations is desirable.
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage or Entrata.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service abilities and responsiveness to resident needs.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and communicate property features to support leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Process rental applications, secure deposits, and prepare lease agreements per policies.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure positive onboarding experiences.
• Maintain leasing records, guest cards, reports, lease files, and commission tracking.
• Support renewal efforts by distributing notices and following up with residents.
• Assist with marketing/outreach to generate leads and increase occupancy.
• Monitor market conditions and pricing to support leasing strategies.
• Participate in weekly leasing meetings and provide traffic and market insights.
• Coordinate resident service requests with maintenance and ensure satisfaction.
