Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. is seeking a Leasing Agent for our 12b Lofts property in Manhattan, KS. The role involves handling leasing and marketing activities, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and compliance with Fair Housing policies.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, part-time, with evenings and weekends as needed. You will report to the General Manager and join a team dedicated to creating positive living experiences for students within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in residential properties or rental operations preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (RealPage/Entrata).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours to promote leasing goals.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements in compliance with policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Coordinate move-in/out and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Maintain leasing records, reports and commission tracking documentation.
• Assist with marketing, events and local outreach to generate leads and occupancy.
