Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing objectives. You will engage with prospective residents, process applications, and guide move-ins to ensure a seamless experience.

This role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and efficient administration across leasing, marketing, and resident relations, with opportunities for growth in multifamily property management.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications a plus (e.g. Fair Housing laws).
• Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in market surveys and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy.
