Job summary

Flow is seeking a Leasing Agent in Miami to show model units, process lease applications, renew existing leases, and be the primary contact for prospects and residents. You will drive leasing activity to meet revenue and occupancy targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will stay informed about market conditions and competitor performance to adapt strategies that maximize occupancy and financial results, reporting to the Leasing Manager or Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Show model units to prospective renters
• Lease apartments to qualified applicants
• Renew leases with current tenants
• Serve as point of contact for prospects and residents to field questions and address concerns
• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
• Remain informed about current market conditions and competitor performance that may affect occupancy and financial results
