Job summary

Flow is seeking a Sales Manager (Leasing) to lead leasing strategy across Flow's residential properties in the Miami area. You will oversee a team of leasing specialists, drive rental income, and ensure timely lead responses while coordinating with the Community Manager and Regional Leasing Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in Class A high-rise leasing (or 5+ years in similar roles), and strong communication; familiarity with Yardi/Blue Moon is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in Class A multifamily high-rise leasing or 5+ years in leasing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Yardi and Blue Moon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as leasing team lead to maximize residential rental income.
• Manage leasing specialists and ensure timely lead responses.
• Conduct tours, lease execution, and prospect communications.
• Set rents and concessions in coordination with managers.
• Maintain records of leases and renewals.
• Maintain resident relations programs and events.
• Establish relationships with local employers to drive occupancy.
• Ensure property condition and curb appeal through inspections.
• Report leasing activity per schedule to stakeholders.
