Job summary

Flow is hiring a Leasing Agent in Miami to show model units, lease apartments, renew leases, and be a primary contact for prospects and residents. You will drive occupancy and revenue while staying current on market conditions and competitor activity.

The role reports to the Leasing/Community Manager and requires weekend availability including holidays, with on-site responsibilities and a strong focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of Class A high-rise multifamily leasing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office required.
• Familiarity with Yardi & Blue Moon preferred.
• Canva experience preferred.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and show model apartments.
• Process applications, review credit screenings, and prepare lease packages.
• Maintain tour-ready properties and respond to resident questions.
• Use CRM/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and leasing activity.
• Support lease renewals and coordinate move-ins for new residents.
