Job summary

Flow in Miami is seeking a Leasing Agent to show model units, lease apartments to qualified applicants, and renew leases with current residents. The role reports to the Leasing Manager and collaborates with the Community Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of Class A multifamily leasing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi, Google Workspace, and Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of leasing experience in Class A high-rise multifamily properties preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office required.
• Familiarity with Yardi & Blue Moon preferred.
• Canva experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show model units to prospective renters and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, review screenings, and prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Renew leases and manage lease renewal communications with residents.
• Coordinate with leasing and facilities teams to keep tour paths, model units, and amenities tour-ready.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive external traffic to the property.
• Maintain accurate resident data in CRM/Yardi and track leasing activities.
