Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computer software.

• Valid driver’s license.
• NH Real Estate license.

Responsibilities

• Nurture leads – contact incoming applicants to arrange showings and follow up after shows to secure leases.
• Conduct showings of available properties and help prospects visualize living there.
• Obtain applications and leases by following the process to signed leases.
• Solicit feedback on rent pricing, features, and amenities to inform pricing decisions.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and guide applicants through showing and application process.
