Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent to welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and process rental applications. You will secure leases from qualified applicants and assist with renewals, while upholding Fair Housing laws and company policy.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, at an hourly rate with commission opportunities. Experience in residential property management and customer service is valued, with proficiency in MS Office and property management

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered.
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Client Relations: carry out the owner’s philosophies and objectives in daily operations to meet client expectations.
Communication: maintain professional communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests.
Leasing/Occupancy: maintain occupancy, exhibit leasing techniques, assist with market surveys and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Document Management: maintain resident files and reporting systems with confidentiality and accuracy.
Risk Management: ensure timely reporting of injuries and incidents following SOPs.
Facility Maintenance: assist residents with maintenance reporting and ensure timely completion.
