Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to assist with day-to-day property operations, ensuring high occupancy, customer satisfaction, and fiscal stability. The role reports to the General Manager and includes processing applications, maintaining records, and supporting marketing and resident relations.

The ideal candidate will have leasing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with standard office tools; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and renewals.
• Maintain accurate availability records and renewal reports.
• Process rental applications with General Manager approval.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with counsel and the City.
• Support check-out process and inspections of vacated units.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
