Sycamore Meadows Apartments is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to market and lease apartments for our affordable property to prospective residents.

You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner.

Skills and Common Tasks

• Lease apartments and promote the amenities, products, and services of the property to prospects
• Process applications for Tax Credit apartments
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, and conduct property tours
• Collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in
• Inspect units quarterly and prior to move-in
• Assist with planning and hosting resident events
• Assist residents with the move-out process

Qualifications

• Tax Credit experience
• Minimum 2+ years experience in sales, leasing, or affordable property management
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays
