Role Responsibilities

The Mobile Leasing Agent is responsible for engaging prospects and guiding them through the leasing process. This includes initial contact, scheduling property tours, and completing lease and application paperwork. The role emphasizes understanding each prospect’s needs through follow-up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, collaborates well with teammates, remains friendly and cheerful, and is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with up to 50% travel
• Personal smartphone technology required
• Experience with OneSite, Knock, and Yieldstar is a plus
