Position Purpose

Our Leasing Agents play a vital role in building communities—from discovering prospects' needs and matching them with the perfect home to nurturing the resident experience and supporting property needs. Every day offers an opportunity to meet new people and turn them into loyal customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Work 100% remotely.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents.
• Answer questions, qualify leads, and highlight the property’s features.
• Manage the leasing and application process for new residents.
• Quickly determine customer needs and create urgency to encourage applications.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers.
• Use your customer-friendly personality and problem-solving skills to resolve difficult situations.
• Manage tasks such as lease file management, paperwork updates, and marketing activities using strong administrative and computer skills.
• Be knowledgeable about the community and local area, including schools, employers, and amenities.

Job Requirements (including Education)

• State-specific Real Estate License required.
• BA or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with new home sales is a plus but not necessary.
• Proven success in lead conversion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage in-office presentations.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Valid Driver’s License; occasional travel may be required.
• Ability to be active and lift up to 50lbs.
